Just came back from the doctor's office --- again--- A quick recap here for those who are in the know, and those who aren't
LOL. I was scheduled for a nuclear stress test on July 1, 2010, and while on the treadmill actually had a heart attack. Spent the night in the hospital for more tests and then transported the next day (Friday) to a bigger hospital in a neighboring city and had a heart
catherization Friday evening. I had a 10% blockage which is virtually no blockage, and it certainly didn't cause the heart attack. On Wednesday (7-14-10) I had an ultrasound done on my carotid arteries. Found out today that they are clear. No blockages. Soooooo, the heart attack is a mystery. I was diagnosed with arrythmia three years ago, and that has been pretty well controlled by beta blockers up until the first of the year when I noticed my heart was getting whacky again. Now I'm scheduled to see a cardiologist on July 30, and see if he can figure it out.
Other than that, it's been hot and for the most part dry here in northeast Tennessee. Did get some rain a couple of days ago, but you can't tell it by the ground today. Looks like a chance of a thunderstorm this evening/night and a better chance for tomorrow. Fingers are crossed.
I have been making yoyos, hexagons, crocheted two rag rugs, and knitting. Maybe I'll share a
picture of them in the near future. Between the heat and Randy thinking I'll kill over if I move, I'm rapidly descending the rest of the way into insanity (didn't have far to go anyway) from not being able to dig in the dirt. :)
Randy and the pups are doing well. Randy would be doing even better if he could stop fretting about me. :)
