Bits of Spring in Northeast Tennessee








This April has been so lush and beautiful.  All kinds of weather.  The last several days have been quite chilly and so very windy.  The winds have finally laid today---and the sun has been shining.  More rain forecasted for tonight and tomorrow.  April has been such a lovely month.  April showers will bring May flowers.  My soul shrivels up for those (places/people) who are in drought.  Sending prayers for nourishing rains to all creatures.

Your photos are the quintessence of spring. I love the swallowtail on the lilac blossom, and eagles are always fascinating.
