I have been staying inside, which is hard for me (mentally), but this heart condition does not tolerate the heat very well. I will be glad when it cools off some (which is supposed to happen soon) and can be outside some and not have the air conditioning running constantly. I'm grateful to have the air conditioning but right now one of the meds that I'm on causes me to chill.
It's Labor Day Weekend. Like so many other holidays, it used to be a big one in my family. Those days are mostly over. I have no plans.

HI Angie!! I have been lamenting not being able to be outside too. But!!! It is 78 degrees right now, which is wonderful. Soon it will be fall weather and we can be outside on our bikes! I did not even know it is labor day...haha!!!
Julie, sweet girl, you have been on my mind and I have been meaning to let you know that I am hanging in there. Test results are all great; however, I still have a lot of fluid retention, shortness of breath and head-spinning kind of stuff. That and THE Heat although it's not as hot here as in other areas, thank goodness. Hope you guys are well (?) and enjoying each day. Hugs of love!!
