I still don’t know when I will have cervical decompression surgery. My initial consultation at Duke Spine Clinic is on February 10. I should know more after that appointment. The waiting is nerve wracking to say the least.

Waiting is the hardest part of anything. Wondering causes worrying and worrying ....It's a vicious circle. I hope you find something that keeps your mind distracted. I have found music to bring me the most peace. Pandora is my best friend . My prayers are with you.
